Hi everyone! i'm decoraline, and welcome to my little world! I made this website because I've never really felt comfortable posting on modern social media sites. I've always been more of a lurker than a sharer. Being born in 2001, meant that I was basically raised by the internet. I got my very first phone when I was 8, and made my first twitter account at 11. I was never good at social media, making a post on anything felt like if i said or did anything "cringey" I would be ostrasized. Growing up in a generation of people that were constantly posting on some kind of social media, and being terrified of posting anything, meant that it was difficult for me to feel connected to my friends. After I learned about neocities, I was immediately drawn to the concept and knew I had to make my own! I'm hoping this website helps me feel more comfortable expressing my interests in a creative way, and hopefully I'm able to meet people that are interested in the same things as me in the process!
